PIERS —— A global symposium committed to
advancing photonics and electromagnetics for the benefit of humanity.
This session will cover recent topics in laser processing, such as laser structuring on the material surface and inside the transparent dielectric solids, multi-photon polymerization, photolithography, laser ablation and so on. Applications with laser-processed materials and structures will be included. The fundamental mechanisms between the laser-matter interactions are also welcome.
