As well known to us, numerical methods in time- or frequency-domain problems for Electromagnetic simulations, like FDTD, FEM, SEM, PSTD, SFDTD, etc, have already drawn numerous attention from different kinds of research fields. Nowadays, with the increasing of the modeling and simulation complexity in Electromagnetic problems, previous numerical methods may be limited to show the best performance when solving the complicated problem. As a result, this session focuses on the recent developments in numerical approaches for EM modeling, leading to the higher numerical accuracy and computational efficiency in solving much more complicated problems.
