Check Your Presentations
Please do check your article(s) in the final program as early as possible. If the name of any co-author of your paper is not correctly displayed in this online program, please do inform us his/her valid email of this co-author. Names of co-authors without valid emails will not be displayed on the PIERS online program.
Onsite PIERS Check-In
The PIERS technical sessions will begin at 8:00 on Monday, July 3, 2023. You may come to register during 14:00–18:30 on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at the registration desks at the Prague Congress Center, Entrance 5, 1st floor. Registration is also available from 7:30 to 18:00 on Monday, July 3, 2023 and from 8:00 to 18:00 on July 4–6, 2023.
If you have pre-registered and paid, your name badge and symposium program will be ready for you to pick up at the registration counter during the symposium. Please wear your name badge throughout the meeting. Access to the coffee break, interactive areas, and technical sessions will be prohibited if a name badge is not visible.
Best Student Paper Award
The Award Committee of PIERS 2023 in Prague have completed selection of all BSPA finalists. All selected BSPA papers have been moved into the sessions of "Oral Presentations for Best Student Paper Awards". The final score is 50%*(paper review score) + 50%*(presentation score). Final BSPA awardees will be announced online before 12:00 on July 5.
Hotel Reservation
All guests are advised to book as early as possible. The number of rooms reserved by PIERS is very limited. Room availability is on first-come first-serve basis.
Symposium Reception: Monday evening, 3 July, 2023
The Welcome Reception will be organized on Monday, July 3 from 7 to 9 p.m. on the second floor of the Prague Congress Center, namely Congress Hall Foyer 2. It is an area that follows the area for coffee breaks. The ticket for this event will be the badge of the registered participants of PIERS 2023. If someone wants to bring an accompanying person, we just ask for information in advance so that we know how many people will probably participate in this event.
Symposium Banquet: Wednesday evening, 5 July, 2023
On Wednesday evening, 5 July 2023, symposium banquet is planned for PIERS participants and their guests at the conference hotel. Symposium Banquet is planned for PIERS participants and their guests. It will be organized on Wednesday, July 5, from 7 to 10 p.m. on the second floor of the Congress Center in Prague, specifically Congress Hall Foyer 2.
A limited number of banquet tickets will be available. For all participants, the price is USD 60 / RMB 420 per person. Please make reservation and pay in advance for the banquet by 20 June, 2023.
If you have not reserved the ticket for Banquet during the online registration process, you can log in PIERS author center and book again no later than 20 June, 2023.

PIERS NO-SHOW Policy
Please be reminded that if your paper is a no-show, its full-length paper will not be included in the final PIERS Proceedings.
We do understand you may not be able to participate onsite due to unpredictable circumstances. If unfortunately, you cannot come, you are encouraged to find a colleague who can onsite present the paper for you.
